I have set JD2 on firewall administration privilege
I have all updates installed JD2 & Windows 7 64Bite

What firewall/av? HDD or SSD?
System Specs?

I assume you mean 18 seconds and not 0.18seconds last the latter would be fast...

and to Jiaz other queries, which antivirus/firewall ? ssd or traditional hdd? system specs

I really don't see what the point of this thread is, I know you struggle with English and its very hard to understand the purpose of this post thread is. 0.18 second startup is extremely acceptable.

Smile case closed!

When I boot up computer, I had 10 or less download's (tab)
JD2 was taking too much time, but I start to cut les download link's in the download tab. Before shut down computer.

From now on, I only have few download links, so for the next time to start pc, it wont take as much time as before.

again, wasn't 0.18Sec.. I tested with couple download links.
I have clear or set-delay start up for programs I won’t need, but I left alone JD2 (Full register CCleaner)

Ok, thread solved!

Just remember that startup times can vary. For example, it can take a bit longer due to updates, and tasks like updating plugin cache.

Do not clear cache (tmp folder) else startup will of course take (much) longer as JDownloader as to rescan all plugins.

if you use cleanup software like cclean, it used to(not sure if it still does) deletes files within JD path. If you delete files like plugin cache, on the next start of JD it will have to re-create this cache which means opening every plugin file which is slow!
