Can I add the settings: max simult. downloads, max simult. downloads per host, and speed limit to a bar on the bottom where it is visible all the time? Thanks for everyone's time.

bottom customisable toolbar is specific to the tab (so you will need to edit download and linkgrabber), use the editor, the options you want are within the 'add special entry' button
