I already tried this link. Always the same problem, at the end of the installation does not install any software.

Maybe describe the process and how it stop, the error, or what do you mean by "at the end of the installation does not install any software".

Check your firewall/av, it seems they are blocking the installation.
In case you can't get it working, you can also use the manual way. Simply install java on your system, create a folder where you wish JDownloader to be installed to and then download *Other* from http://jdownloader.org/download/index
and place it in there. Start JDownloader.jar

I downloaded the file .jar, but now I get this error "java.io.FileNotFoundException can not find the file specified"

so your username has ! char in it?
java uses this for .jar linking and can cause issues occasionally (though I thought we addressed this issue years ago)

I would like to do a teamviewer session with you. There is a workaround for ! in path since long time and don't know why it doesnt work for you. That's what we will try to find out via Teamviewer. Please contact us via support@jdownloader.org

I followed the advice of raztoki.
I formatted the PC and changed the username without ! and now it works, the installation went to the end, and the program has been installed.
Thanks for the support guys!!
