[User feedback required] How to reset "download limit has been reached"?

I have the same question that was asked here, with one difference - https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=75876

In my case I am not changing my IP address, but I often find that the time that JDownloader waits when the limit is reached is longer than the actual wait time necessary. And I often can't restart JDownloader to reset this because I'm in the middle of a download with another host that doesn't support resuming downloads.

Is there any way to get Jdownloader to reset the "download limit reached" timer without interrupting other downloads?

Can you provide examples? then we can check/update the plugins.

Not at the moment. I will think about a workaround
