Default Nitroflare account not working due to a "captcha" problem

On my account manager page its says "Skipped - Captcha is required" under the status tab. Username & password are correct.

there was no captcha event. My account looked like this when I opened Jdownloader2. I deleted the Nitroflare account and re-entered it into Jdownloader2 and the same status showed up with no captcha event. Currently using a different downloader for my Nitroflare downloads

it will only show that message if captcha event was required and you skipped it.

Sure you have not disabled captcha solvers in Settings-Captchas

Default Nitroflare Captcha Issue

Over the past few days jDownloader is requiring me to solve a captcha every few hours even though I'm sucessfully loggd into my Nitroflare premium account. It's getting REALLY annoying especially when I'm downloading overnight.....or, TRYING to download.

Same problem with me, the captcha dialog pops up in jdownloader, saying that it will open the browser, the browser page opens but no captcha appears, and sometimes when it does appear it disappears as soon as you try to click it, and nothing works. What is going on, is the problem jdown or nitroflare?

Another confirmation of the captcha problem here, unable to use Nitroflare premium since last night.

Trying to refresh Nitroflare in Account Settings produces a dialog box for the Login saying 'Please solve the Captcha challenge in your browser'. I've tried every permutation of the 'auto' checkboxes but the Open Browser button is dead - I click it and nothing happens, I have to cancel the box.

Currently 'NOT SOLVED'.
Nitroflare Premium is not usable in this conditions, have to download directly by browser.
It continue ask for chapcha, very similar to what happened recently to icerbox.
Can someone explain why the title still contain 'solved'?

RecaptchaV2 was broken because of changes from Google. It should be fixed meanwhile and login should be possible again

Still not working, at least for my account. I had sent my login info under support ticket ID GRU-844-42955 if you want to test it.

@TrafficDrill: after answering the captcha I could add the account without problem.

As described in my post #10, but to recap:-

Sure you are using the latest JDownloader version? What browser do you use? What browser version? There was a user reporting that open in browser no longer works with firefox 52

Just installed latest updates, Help--About gives build date Tue Mar 07 19:37:37 CET 2017.
My browser is Pale Moon (a fork of Firefox) Version: 25.6.0 (x64).

Problem persists.
Edit: just updated Pale Moon to 27.1.2, closed and reloaded JD but problem exactly as before.
Also OS is Linux Mint 17.2.

Jiaz,

No captcha pops up when I add nitroflare back into my account manager. All I get is a message box from Jdownloader2 that says "Result of the account verification: Skipped - Captcha is required". When I click the OK, it just adds Nitroflare to my account manager with the status: "Skipped - Captcha is required". I've disabled all Captcha solvers so that I should be forced to manually answer, but I still see no captcha to solve so that my account is enabled.

You may NOT disable all Captcha solvers You have to at least enable "Dialog in JDownloader" and "Dialog in Browser" Without Dialogs -> JDownloader doesnt ask

I could not get the browser to open by any means, but I seem to have solved the problem accidentally by tinkering!.
On the Accounts page, I accessed the settings for Nitroflare using the tool button and examined the 3 checkbox options (which were at default values, I've never changed them). The first one 'Use API for premium accounts...' was unchecked. I checked it and the account now works perfectly.
I don't really understand that option but it solved the problem.

Thank you for your offer of personal support, much appreciated.

Edit: For interest, I remembered that I still have JD installed on a Windows 7 PC and I tried the Nitroflare account:- it worked immediately without checking that box.

Thanks to Jiaz, my account now works. In the process of troubleshooting, I had disabled the two "dialog" options under Captcha settings. After updating both my browser and Jdownloder2, Nitroflare now works when I re-enabled these! thanks!

I have just started getting the same issue with Nitroflare, after never seeing this problem with them before and after having downloaded a file successfully in the alast day without even a hint of any issues.

I tried the method used by raidrunner (the checkbox "Use API for premium accounts..." was blank, so I selected it) but to no avail.

When I followed the dialog prompt "Enter Captcha for nitroflare.com to continue" a JDownloader windo opened which stated: To solve this kind of captcha, you have to use either the Android app via 'my.jdownloader', or our My.JDownloader browser extension. (Please note: a My.JDownloader is NOT required!)

From this window I clicked on the link https://my.jdownloader.org/apps which opened in Chrome browser, and -- without having a clue why I was here -- I chose "Browser web interface" and eventually finished up inexplicably having to authenticate my perfectly valid NitroFlare account.

I ended up not have gotten anywhere, with my NitroFlare account still disabled in JDownloader2.

Any ideas? It's 10 minutes to 3 AM here in Melbourne, so I hope to catch up with this later today after some shuteye!

Having this exact problem with the same outcome
endless captcha loops, never ending
I've authenticated the account repeatedly for the last 6 hours...
I can DL fine using nitroflare directly just get captcha hell through JDownloader
please fix this....help....

RecaptchaV2 requires the browser extension, so you can solve it in browser. This is because Google has changed some RecaptchaV2 settings so the old method no longer works. You have to install the Browser Extension (in your case for Chrome), then you can solve RecaptchaV2 again

Weirdly, NitroFlare began working again today (no CAPTCHA challenge when activating the account in Account Manager).

This was without any changes at my end. However, this morning I did notice that the Settings tab was not being displayed, when it had been displayed for months previously. So I launched it via Ctrl+P and *perhaps* this triggered something that enabled the NitroFlare account to start working again. Bizarre, who knows what on earth was happening!

Anyway, the problem seems to have gone away, for the moment at least.
