Hello there. I have an Evilangel premium membership and it gives an error when adding this membership from jdownloader. Anyone know the solution?

please send us username/password to support@jdownloader.org so we can check/fix the plugin.
Also please provide a debug log.
enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader. Now wait for issue to happen and then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and create log and post the shown logID

Please follow the special login instructions shown in JDownloader and use your exported cookies instead of username & password to login.

it accepts my account, but this time there is a message saying "temporarily disabled" and there is a yellow banner above my account

try again with next core update, about 5mins, then hit update/restart button. try again and create new log and post logID here

my problem was fixed. But when I try to add my account again, it still gives an error. I write my username in the username and that code in the password. It accepts the account but says it is temporarily disabled and has a yellow stripe.

The issue is caused by connection issues, check firewall/av

Looks like an ISP block to me.
Can you access evilangel.com via browser?
If so:
Do you use a VPN in your browser or are you using a browser with a built in VPN?

Try to change your DNS server to e.g. 8.8.8.8 (Google) and see if this is enough to avoid the block.

8.8.8.8 dns is disabled in my country. I am using vpn on chrome.

Well then you either need to use a systemwide VPN or use another DNS e.g. 1.1.1.1 .
The problem is clearly on your side and not a JDownloader fault.

When I tried it with vpn app, it accepted. By the way, how do I download from that site?

1. Add your account to JD
2. Add the download-URLs to JD.
If 2. does not work, please post another log.
