Hi,

to reproduce:
Help / Find Updates - update is available, install update, JD2 restarts.

GUI is messed up after automatic restart: Font Size is about 50%, tooltips are unreadable, file dialogs miss option "subfolder by package" etc.

Manually restart JD2 again: File / Restart

JD2 is back to normal.

OpenJDK 16.0.2, Windows 10, JD2 44736 English

This issue is not a new issue and most likely unrelated to recent changes.
Took me some time to reproduce the steps due to automatic restarts with scheduler.
