why did you wait 5 months to report this?

I'm able to add my free xtube.com test-account without any issues here.
You may need to send us your login credentials for xtube so that we can fix this but for now:

Do you own a premium account for xtube.com?
Some of the videos on their website require users to own a premium account in order to be able to watch/download them.
Can you watch the same video via browser?

i can't because watch on browser it is premium video but before i able to download all premium(paid vid) just only copy link and it show file size in linkgrabber but now all premium file is unknow size. before i don't even have account but still able to download everything from site

This is not a bug in our software!
Please read THIS thread.

If it previously worked via JD, that must have been a bug on their end.
If their website states that you have to pay for it, that's how it is.
