Default Linkgrabber and downloading broken for filenames containing special characters

I want to download a file from Share-Online that has a filename that begins with ";bolu[Z${tVRXeml_". Putting the link in the link grabber recognizes the file as online but fails to retrieve the filename (just shows the ID from the link as filename) and the filesize (shows 1 byte). Trying to download the file results in "plugin defect error: throwable".

Example link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

In the meantime I found a few similar files. Those show a filename, but a slightly wrong one, and also show 1 byte for size and fail to download:

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** (filename starting with "YH#1%h]7§Jter&;f_" but showing as "YH#1%h]7Jter&")
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** (filename starting with "2I(2;7PQGAXKgtAX_" but showing as "2I(2")

Seems like the semicolon is the problem since all filenames are cut off there. Additionally, the § should be shown correctly.
