Rapidrar.com premium account problem
Hi, I have a rapidrar.com premium account and lately I'm having problems with it in JDownloader. The account is active, I haven't changed a thing in JDownloader, other premium accounts work, but the rapidrar account is saying "Cannot check Account" and it gets temporarily disabled for an hour.

by default settings we do not log Account checking, you will need to enable log debug more in settings > advanced settings > Log.debugmodeenabled
from the exception message, it shows that you have empty response Caused by: java.io.EOFException: empty HTTP-Response please send us your user:password via email to support@jdownloader.org and we will check the plugin for you. my quick check I do not receive that response from rapidrar, so maybe something localised. raztoki

Does it work fine in browser? Please provide a debug log and send us the logins to support@jdownloader.org

Hi, the updated log is here:
09.08.17 10.46.37 <--> 09.08.17 10.47.49 jdlog://4870314015941/ The account works in the browser, I'm logged in right now and downloading via browser works as well. I am sending the login data via email as requested. Thank you! |

I'm really impressed by the user support, would be great even for a paid product. I made a small donation to do at least a tiny support from my side as well
