What exactly is the problem?
Some special chars require different font to be use. Set Settings-Advanced Settings-LAFSettings.fontname to 'Arial Unicode MS' without '
(Windows font)

Or do you want to set special character via packagizer rules?
Or does the jpg link have special character and it's not shown correctly?

Can you please provide examples?

if I use full jpg url path to import links it brings special character error...
but if I use deep link analysis there are no special character issues...

but I cannot use deep link analysis to separate from latest and very latest update, I have to add jpg links to make sure that I dont miss any updates in between, ...

For me too, the font for many program languages does not work.
They show strange fonts, or small fonts or anything else. I have already reported it, but without a specific answer.

@djmakinera: This is not about font issues. And the answer to your problem is *use a font that is able to show all your unicode chars*, for example 'Arial Unicode MS' if that font doesn't support the unicode in question, then find a better font
