Exclamation Belkin - F5D7230-4

Hi JD,
i'm new in JD's world, quite impressive work, congratulations for the creators!

I discovered the 'reconnect' function, some days ago, i have a :

Wireless G Router 2.4 GHz - 802.11g
Model N° - F5D7230-4

My internet provider is dynamic ip, i'm sure of it.
When i press 'fetch router ip', JD found my modem ip, not my router IP, my router is 192.168.12.1 and i don't have any user field in my router configuration, no username is necessary, but i have one password to acess my router configuration.

I try to inform my router ip (192.168.12.1) and my passord router to JD to create my script reconnect and nothings happen.

Can anyone help me, please?

Thank you for your attention.

Best regards,
Valter Henrique.

If you've a separate modem, you better use that modem to reconnect. Please, read the modem reconnect help page.

Then you must try to use your router to reconnect. Please, read "Getting started with Reconnection".
