Default how to make jdownloader use all my speed?

how can i make the jdownloader download with full speed? it download with almost full speed not the full speed

How should we help without any Information?
Hoster?
Free or Premium User?
How many Downloads und Chunks?
Internet Connection?
Downloadspeed?
Firewall/Antivirus?

that's not a problem the speed is not bad it's very good but i wish it would be the same with idm my connection is 1mega and in idm i can download in premium with 120kb\s but in jdownloader it's 108 so is there some kind of configuration have i set in jdownloader to use full speed?

Bottom right, speed 0 means full speed.

each tool uses different methods to calculate the average download speed
as both are nearly the same im very sure you already load with max speed
the old stable has a very bad average algorithm
