Default Ignore certain hosts except when using "Add New Links"

Hello,

As the title says, I would like to eb able to ignor k2s and filejoker all the time, except when they are added by using the "Add New Links" button.

OR,

I would like for JD to ignore those hosts when adding a "filecrypt" link.

Either method would be fine. Thanks

Hi,

Settings -> Linkgrabber Filter -> Filter -> Add -> "Link origin -> isn't -> Add Links action"

Thanks for the reply.

I tried that already but it does not work for some reason.

Why is this marked as "solved"?

The issue was not solved.

Works fine for me.
You can use the test-field (bottom of the "Add" dialog) to test it.
I've tested it here e.g. for "workupload.com":

Example URL:
workupload.com/file/SBudpdUHdSC

Probably your pattern is wrong. Maybe try it with one host first and then enhance it and add more.

EDIT

And keep in mind that this is only applied for items added AFTER creating that filter!

I tried using the same exact rule that you posted, I also used the same link.

The link does get filtered, but I still cannot add it through "add new links".

Yes you can.
You probably haven't restored- and cleared your filtered items before.
See bottom right corner in the linkgrabber "Restore X filtered links".
If a link gets filtered it is basically also in the list but you can't see it.
If you add the same link again via an allowed source it won't just make the previously filtered items visible!

I noticed that it worked after restating JD.

But 'restoring the filtered links' like you suggested fixes the issue without restarting.

Thank you.

Additional information:
You can let JD auto remove filtered items so you do not have to clear filtered items manually:
Settings -> Advanced Settings -> linkgrabber settings restore button -> Disable this and restart JD

Thanks for the info, that would make things easier.

One question though, what is the difference between filtering "source url" or "download url"?

EDIT
source = every url in list until final download

source = (input)decrypter-decrypter that are all source urls
