also setting the RemoteAPI.externinterfaceauth to [ "user:pass" ] or [ "user", "pass" ] had no effect.
looking at the jar files you really did some work on the webinterface so it would be nice to see the progress.

No its not. It's not finished. It should have never been included until the API been completed as that's what the Devs for the webui are waiting for.
