Duplicate links - LinkGrabber
Not sure has this been mentioned,
It seems the link grabber does not check for duplicate links anymore that existed in Download section. I have few links that are already in the Download list, link grabber used to indicate duplicate links once I had added them in LinkGrabber the it highlighted in orange.

Still works here, provide example links of the original link (within download tab) and the new url your importing
