Default URGENT - please solve this jdownloader problem

hi, i love jdownloader, but now i'm having some problems.

When i am downloading a file, example:

12345.part1.rar - 800 MB

jdownloader starts downloading using premium account.

when i have 100 MB downloaded ,
jdownloader restart my download from 0 mb

next time when i have 82 mb downloaded,
jdownloader restart again from 0 MB

and i cant never finish that download.

my files are looping and restarting download and never finish downloading the files.

Sorry for my bad english.


can anyone help PLEASE?

Can you download the file via browser?
Maybe the server is unstable or the file is incomplete on the server.
Please post example links.
Are you using any firewall/AV scanner?
If so, which?

how many max connections? what host?
please set max connections to 1 and rightclick reset the file

yes i can download the file via browser.
but is to slow.... but yes i can download files via browser.

i have unninstaled JD and install it again and same problem.
i have installed another download manager -- cryptl.... (to test) and same problem .
but now i have installed intern... down... manag.. (sorry) and is working great!


but i want my jdownloader!

i use kaspersky... but i use it for long time and jdownloader to and never have problems. but now........

what is the problem?

then download issues will be gone

but you still did not answer all my questions
