Because now is the GET Request (is not allowed many Request) - so get information that too many requests per second.
Can download concurrent (only max. 1 simultaneous)

Old Plugin
It should be POST Request (is Script allowed multiple /many Request)
Can download up to 20 concurrent downloads (so you can fast download an album with photos) [files of small size]
Perhaps you understand me badly on my issue/question/request and now all you explained.
