Default Connecting to other clients and delegating download commands

Some specific websites tend to have fairly strict download rules where speed, chunks and simultaneous downloads per client would have to be followed otherwise the server will halt any downloads in progress and force a wait time.

Was hoping that a kubernetes type function of other JDownloader clients in my network can download the packages given from a master client.

@RedNapalm: "in my network" , so all have the same WAN IP? because those restrictions/limits are nearly always bound to IP.

I don't see us adding such delegation feature but you can setup multiple installations/instances of JDownloader and control them via MyJDownloader, see https://my.jdownloader.org
You can also develop your own tools/scripts to *delegate* the jobs. MyJDownloader has public api doc and there are client implementations available in many languages. It's a feature with very limited use as it only makes sense if you have access to multiple different WAN IPs. You can easily setup multiple proxy/connections to make JDownloader use them for downloading and spread downloads accross the connections.
