Default Advanced settings - only show user edits

Is there a way to show only those lines, where the user has changed default settings?

I.e. hiding all lines with default settings?

EDIT
Maybe I just found the obvious way, how to do that: Sorting by 'Actions'
Will this show me all edited lines?

Or can I filter/see this somehow in the corresponding file(s) in cfg folder?

Must have changed hundreds of settings in the past years, which I would like to review...

@StefanM: you can use sort on Action column (last column) where the *reset* action is available. just click on it to sort and then you will have all customized settings easy to see

I will also add special search/filter keywords, like
:unchanged
:changed
(just an idea)
