Question why is there no links with 720p and more for flv format?

I tried downloading all the three formats(webm, h.264 and flv) for 720p or 1080p to compare their image quality. But I just can't get 720p or 1080p flv with jDownloader.

How can I get that?:whistling:

This is what I am getting now:

Please post the youtube link you tried or any other link for which you think it doesn't work so we can check this!

that's because FLV isn't available in those formats as I understand. Soon as it goes over 480p youtube switches to MP4 or webm as its better file format on performance/quality for HD content.

720p and 1080p NEVER existed in flv
those are only available in mp4

flv and mp4 are just containers. vlc can play both

Even if I can view this video in the browser with the flashplayer? you mean the flashplayer plays the mp4 or webm when I switch the video resolution to 720p?

Yes, proof:
[Captured what happens when viewing the video in 360, then 720 and then another format.
