Using links from drop.download, if i press the Stop key to stop all the download while in progress, then press Start again, all the links will say "Download limit reached or wait until next download be started"

However if i close jdownloader and restart it, then press Start button, it will start downloading properly.

Does this mean it is jdownloader causing the links to not download instead of drop.download telling jdownloader it cannot start the downloader? If so can this bug be please fixed. It's been there forever.
