Dear Remi,
I am not allowed to upload the log files.. It says "Access forbidden. Logs are only accessible for supporters as they might contain private data. If you are not a supporter, please hand this link to your supporter" |

This is the procedure recommended by the jD Team. Logs can only be viewed by official jD programmers.
Please, upload your log, provide the upload link in this thread and wait for a jD programmer to analyse it. |

It's not the point that i need help. The log was only an offer to help improving the software. I will never complain about a problem with free software.
Related to post #1415 : There is neither a firewall nor an antivirus in the system. And no, THIS is not the problem MaxCon setting is already 1. Today filesonic.com is working again. Some random influence or perhaps they were playing with their web site? |

FileSonic link does not start downloading, works fine in web browser
The following link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
does not start downloading in JDownloader. But it downloads fine in Google Chrome. FileSonic Premium. What it did in JDownloader was it was repeatedly trying to connect and start downloading. Over and over again. Is there any setting that would limit the amount of these tries? Thank you. from the log: Quote:
notice it says something about "part1_2.rar" whereas the real file should be "part1.rar" (from Google Chrome downloading) Last edited by tommik; 22.06.2011 at 02:04. |

Right. I have found out that the file is already downloaded so that might have to do something with all this....

Freeloader wanted to know whether your log contains all the details. It seems very superficial and certainly incomplete.

Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.
Please, provide some example links and a complete and detailed log if the problem persists. |
