1Fichier doesn't work for protected files even with premium
For some files in 1Fichier, there is a restriction for subscribers only. If you try to access the file without being logged in, this message is displayed in a web page:
"Access to this file is protected. The owner of this file has reserved access to the subscribers of our services" When I'm logged in, the download can start via the web browser. However, with JDownloader, when parsing the URL, a file is found, with a name corresponding to the argument of the URL(ex: zctptg433grqujb7fahb, for the link **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**). When starting the downloads, it fails, and says that "This link is private. You're not authorized to download it". Nevertheless, I've a premium account and it is known by JDownloader. It seems that the initial parsing of the URL fails as it is not retrieving the file name, and that it prevents subsequent download. Log: 26.01.20 15.13.30 <--> 26.01.20 15.31.42 jdlog://5541430900751/ Example links: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Configuration: Win10 x64, Jdownloader x64, plugins updated as of today. I use this host without an account. I do not have a proxy. |

Hi,
thanks for your detailed bugreport! I was able to fix this issue! Quote:
JDownloader will usually linkcheck all URLs without being logged in. In this case the only thing it knows is "URL is online and private". Then when trying to download, JD finally knows which account is supposed to be used. In this case, the "private" check was done too early thus it failed. The same happens for password protected URLs e.g.: 1fichier.com/?dqej98k5jf (PW = 123456) I've also uploaded another "private" example and set it to be only downloadable in Afghanistan --> After the next update, you're supposed to still get this errormessage with my URL but your URLs will be downloadable: 1fichier.com/?u9ookdve227hu4nv7dvq In such cases, filename- and filesize will appear once the download starts Wartest du auf einen angekündigten Bugfix oder ein neues Feature? Hi psp,
Thanks for the quick fix! Problem is now solved with the update, it's working like a charm. I was just wondering about the online status: Can I be certain that the file is available when the parsing popup shows that it's online? In any case, your fix provides a proper answer to the initial problem, thanks again! Yaum |

Sure bugs can happen at any time on our side but also on 1fichiers serverside. If you find a case where you think that the displayed online status might be wrong, just let us know. Thanks for your feedback Have a nice weekend! -psp-
