Default Don't start package until previous complete

Keeping the Max Dls. >1 is good for speed but it becomes annoying when a new package starts downloading before the previous ones have not completed. Could you add an option to stop this.

Many Thanks!

why *do not start* another download if jd could? as free user you only have advantages if other hosters are running too? overall the complete download is done in shorter time!

If more downloads slow down the download of the package that should be downloaded first, it just slows it down (not at all but it maybe slows down the downloads in the meant package.
