Offline links delete greyed out

After loading a batch of links in Linkchecker and seeing several dead, I clicked the arrow next to the broom to delete the dead links, but the option (delete) "Offline links" was inert and greyed out.

However, after moving the packages to the Downloads tab, the option is available.
