My jdownloader running on windows 11 crashes soon after my downloads start. However the second time I run those downloads, Jdownloader works well.

and also check your disk/filesystem.
And also please install JDownloader with newer java, see https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
There must be a hserr file within your JDownloader file. If there is none, then crash happened outside of Java/JDownloader, eg caused by something by hardware/system/firewall/av...

I did as you suggested @Jiaz. Memory/disk/system were all fine.
Looks like downloading and installing Jdownloader with the newer java ver has helped. Though I ll have to test it for a few days before I can say definitely, as the crashes appeared randomly.

I ll report back again. Thanks for your help.:)
