Default Download Problem With Rapidgator Premium

Hello to all. When I attempt to download a Rapidgator file with a premium password, the download will not start. When I start the download from the LinkGrabber tab, the file does not start on the Downloads tab. Instead, the link hust sits there. All columns are blank except Name and Size. I have to click Force Download foer the link to start. It acts like its going to start and a symbol will show in the Connection column for a split-second, and then it stops and says "An Error occured (Rapidgator) File not found." In the Availability column, it has the red symbol for not available and 0/1. Bytes Loaded column has 0b. If I click Open in Browser, the file shows that it is available. If i click Online Status, all columns except for Name and Size go blank. Weird, right?
Copy of my log, sir.

Rapidgator API responds with "File Not found"
Either this is an error on api site (you can disable it in Settings-Plugins-rapidgator) or caused by *maybe IP block* or *account block* ?

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I looked among the forum and tried some of the methods for the other Rapigator problems. I played around with Plugin buttons. Tried disabling the API as well as activated and disabling the Experimentals. Its funny the way it acts. I have been attempting to d/l some Rapidagtor links and they do work, but only after skipping/disabling the link and then Forcestarting link. Hell, I've gotten lucky and d/led several files at once. Then it starts its cycle again. Its just a pain in the ass, sometimes. Hey, I do appreciate your help, though.

Thank So Much:thumbup:

Please disable the api and then try again (please don't use force download) and create new logs

OK, disabled API. When I click on the existing links, I have to click Forcestart or nothing will happen. When I start a link from LinkGrabber, the link doesn't start. Again, forced to use Forcestart. Just started another link from LinkGrabber and it started without using Forcestart. Weird!
Here is the new log:

Thanks again for your help. :-)

That's the reason why it fails and then works again on retry
File is temporarily not available, please try again later
JDownloader should show a timeout now and then retry automatically

Well, I appreciate your time. You know, if I continue to click on the links, they do d/l. Its just a pain to restart over and over again.

Thanks Again,

Default Rapidgator Problem

JD2 says my premium account has expired, but RG says I still have premium time left and won't let me renew my premium?

RG will even let me download through my browser.

P.S. Maybe a daylight savings time problem?

P.P.S. RG is the only one I know that seems to insist your Premium expire before they'll allow you to sign up again.

Nevermind, just had to deactivate the RG API, now it reads midnight expiration.

BTW, it does seem to have been a problem with daylight savings time.

RG is still on standard time I guess.

Now to get the correct expiration date after it downgraded me to free and I bought premium, I had to re-enable the API for RG.

JDownloader adds a full 24 hours to expected expire date to avoid showing false expire message. Without any logs I can only guess that the api was returning already expired value. In case this happens again, we need debug logs to check it.
Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled
and restart JDownloader
