Default Force download package re-enables disabled links

Force-download on package re-enables disabled links. It didn't do that before.

My problem is this. I have a bunch of uploaded/turbobit packages (each package has a ul and a tb link). I want to keep the ul links as "backup" if the tb links go bad, but otherwise I don't want them to be used. So I disable the ul links.

Previously, once I set up a list of proxies, I could select all the packages, click "Force download", and all tb links would be tried at once. Now, when I click Force Download, it enables the ul links, which compete with the tb links (first hoster tried makes the other hoster go into "File already exists" mode).

Should disabled take precedence over Force-DL? If not, how do I achieve what I want?
