Default ability to set string limit for file names

it would be nice to set a string limit for file names in cases where the file name is too long, to auto truncate. the function would need to detect the extension and not remove it from file name.

Hi,
there are two ways to do this:
1. Packagizer rules via Regular Expressions.
2. EventScripter scripts.

Sidenote if you are a Windows user:
You can remove that path limit though that could cause issues if you e.g. try to copy such folder structures to other Windows machines.
