Default [MEGA.NZ] Unable to Download Specific Files Randomly

Hi, I noticed this issue since months now, so I decided it was about time I report it. Basically, there are times when JD2 will not be able to finish certain files, specifically "tiny" ones (a few megabytes as much), since it will always start, do some little progress, stop and repeat this, two or three times till "Host problem?" message shows up. I first thought this issue was a temporary MEGA's problem with such files, since all the rest keep downloading fine, but the thing is, under this situation, each time I try to download the problematic files with "MEGAtools" they get downloaded just fine.

I had two of those files that recently were giving me problems with JD2, although one of them is being able to be downloaded rightly now after a few attempts. Sometimes it takes many attempts in a row (with manual resets between) till they get downloaded completely; others I just leave them alone and try a few minutes/hours later, till they get downloaded. Anyway, I leave you their links:

Would you please take a look into the log, and tell me what was the problem with those files a few hours ago?

Thanks.

Hi,
it seems like MEGA doesn't like users to download such small files in multiple chunks and our chunkload handling is not good which is why it keeps trying to do that.
Solution/workaround:
Set max. chunks to 1 and you'll be fine.
