I'm trying to learn Jd2, on my old Jd I had an icon on the main toolbar to clear all completed downloads, how can I do this on JD2? also I used to be able to right click to remove all offline files how can I do this as well.

JD2 has cleanup features on the bottom toolbar for download tab and linkgrabber tabs. The button contains many cleanup functions via the up arrow. If you want cleanup functions within main toolbar editor you can add them there via the menu customiser (settings > user interface > Menu and Toolbars).
