Default Real-Debrid Premium Problem

Hello,

If I refresh in 'Settings' the Real-Debrid Host it accepts my premium status after checking with the host.

If I want to download anything, it starts, checks and sets the Real-Debrid Host sign in the lower left corner to RD with a stop sign.

I cannot download anything and asking Real-Debrid support they tell me to get in touch with you, as they say that it must be a problem on your side. For me it must have to do with the double authentication they implemented lately. As I travel frequently I connected lately on another IP and they asked me to redo my double authentication process. Since then it doesn't work anymore on my home IP.

What to do?

Thanks
Judith

please enable log debug mode
settings > advanced settings > log debug mode
restart jd2
enable account (refresh)
start download
on error upload logs, http://jdownloader.org/knowledge/wik...d-log?s=lng_en (scroll down for JDownloader 2.0 guide)
provide jdlog://id here in response

Actual message from Real-Debrid:
{"error":3,"message":"Dedicated server detected, you are not allowed to generate a link"}

Have you tried with link from another host, or via browser, or ask their support what is the real meaning of that message?

basically what I thought was the case

you can not use real-debrid from the IP address in question, they blacklist series of IP subnets from VPS/VPN providers to prevent abuse. They still allow login though, just not download.

Some problem for me, although I've put all Real-Debrid IP addresses known to me into a routing exception list to bypass my VPN.

I can access and login to **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** via browser w/o any problems, thus I can only assume JDL2 contacts another server while checking login.

Log:
29.11.15 13.06.07to29.11.15 17.00.40 jdlog://9593444739341/

Is there a way for me to take a look into this log for myself to see which server exactly is contacted that produces the error message?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Cannot open your log.

You can find your logs in:
[your JD installdir]\logs

earlier in the log it worked
then
[jd.plugins.hoster.RealDebridCom(handleDL)] -> Dedicated server detected! Account Disabled!
(multiple times)

So you run VPN software ? that allows you to redirect/port socket connections back into another WAN outside VPN ?

realdebrid has series of IP/domains that they host the data with. If your software works in the fashion above, you will need to make sure you find all those subnets I guess for it too work ?

I'm running a VPN, yep.

I've made myself a list of all known real-debrid servers (private as several file hosters like to block all those) . All of them are 'route add ...' directly at system startup to bypass the VPN.

I can download w/o problems from the RD web interface, i can download the links generated from the RD web interface in JDownloader w/o problems. Just trying to convert them within JDownloader returns the 'RD invalid account' messages. So I'm wondering what the heck is this mysterious server JDownloader uses when turning normal into RD premium links?

jd uses real-debrid.com and I guess you did not exclude all servers. The message comes from real-debrid.

@tt_1111
best to ask Real-Debrid about there limitations, I know in JD they don't block account checking or generate link step just on the download server, which they share for website and API modes!

Hmm ...
Just checked my routes again. 62.210... is included since half an eternity, together with 48 other entries.
Is there any way to learn resp. see which server JD contacts before triggering the invalid login account? Even with a sniffer ( NetWorx ) I can't see anything unusual.

In the logs I only find 'FILE_UNAVAILABLE'.
Especially with traffic limited hosters (e.G. UL.to lately) this may happen, but definitely shouldn't trigger an 'invalid account'.

Would appreciate if a developer could check this issue.

@tt_1111

with dedicated server detection (based on error message provided by real debrid), we throw exception without a message, but I do place a message in logger (logs)
throw new PluginException(LinkStatus.ERROR_PREMIUM, PluginException.VALUE_ID_PREMIUM_DISABLE);

it would then use default message depending on your translation language setting (english/french/japanese/etc).

Best bet for us to check this, would be to you to provide your logs from that session and tell us time range which it happened so we can find it.

Took another look into the logs and noticed something strange:
The same RD download server with at least two different IPs —
• one that is returned after pinging the name.
• another one (definitely different) as server name/IP combination within JBW2 logfiles.
A reverse lookup of the second IP returns another server name that is never ever shown when using the RD web interface — and is part of a class of at least 270 additional server names with accordingly different IPs.
Nice re-routing trick, I have to admit.
