Default Many downloads stop/fail at 99%

At first I thought it was an issue with Filejoker, but then it started happening with other sites, like Rapidgator, as well. Essentially the download goes well, but then simply stops at 99%. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what can be done about it. Thanks!

Log contains many java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
Those are a sign that firewall/av are causing the issue because it happens near the end of the file

I already added Jdownloader to firewall exceptions. Should I disable the antivirus? It's only the Windows 10 default one.

It can be antivirus/firwall/antimalware, anything on the system that intercepts/scans the traffic.

After checking a bit further, the problem seems to come from my ISP. Thanks for the suggestions anyway. :/

You may try to use VPN/Proxy.
Have you tested via different ISP/connection and problem go away?

Yes, I tried it from another location with a different ISP and the problem did not occur - all downloads finished normally. I guess I'll try a VPN / proxy from this location and see if it makes a difference.
