Default Fehler beim Start

Hi seit vorgestern bekomme ich folgende Meldung beim Start - was tun?

In deinem JDownloader Ordner sollte eine JDownloader.jar.backup liegen.
Diese in JDownloader.jar umbennen. Danach die Datei Core.jar löschen, sowie die Ordner tmp, update und logs. JDownloader starten und sollte alles wieder gehen.
