Default k2s.cc, fileboom.me, publish2.me Turn off hash (CRC) checking for certain hosts?

I know this is an obscure request, but here's the issue I'm having:

One particular host family (Keep2share, fileboom, tezfiles- all "related" sites) has this odd behaviour where 4 out of 5 files will fail the CRC check even though when I go to the file, rename it from the .part filename it gets when the CRC fails, and open it it seems perfectly fine. The problem is when the CRC fails it doesn't mark the file as complete so the mirrors load, and if the mirrors are among the same 3 hosts, they also fail the CRC check, so I end up with the file being downloaded 3 times (though only one exists because JD always overwrites the .part files) I don't want to turn off hash checking for every host because some, the CRC check actually works, usually indicating a file that "completed" as only a partial file, but the K2S/FB/TF ones are full of too many false CRC errors.

I will note that I'm pretty sure the problem is on the filehost's end, as those are the only hosts with the problem and the problem comes and goes

k2s family of sites has had a history of sending out bad data (corrupt), at least in the early days. I haven't heard of this in the last 6 months or more. Maybe they haven't solved the underlying issue. I would avoid downloading from that provider if you suffer high corruption rates.

Please give us feedback whether these issues still exist or not.
If not there is no need for us to add a workaround / disable CRC ...

Also you're the only user who complained about keep2share CRC issues.

It's been a few weeks since the CRC issues, so maybe they fixed it on their end.

Okay so I will close this ticket and not do anything.
Such an important function should always be enabled and working so it would be good if they fixed it serverside.

If you notice any further issues, simply let us know
