Default Why are my downloads getting stuck at 99% in JDownloader?

Hi everyone,

I've been facing a really frustrating problem with JDownloader recently, and I hope someone here can help me out. Whenever I start a download, it works fine up until it reaches 99%. Then, it just stalls and won't finish, no matter how long I wait. This has been happening with multiple files from different hosts, so I don't think it's specific to a single site.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to fix it:
  1. Pausing and restarting the download
  1. Restarting JDownloader itself
  1. Checking my internet connection
  1. Looking for updates for both JDownloader and any plugins

None of these have worked, and I’m still stuck with incomplete downloads. Could this issue be related to a plugin or some kind of setting I might have missed? I also wonder if it could be something on the host’s end, but it’s happening with several different hosts.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Elena

Is it for all downloads regardless of the host provider?
Which AV are you using?
I would recommend uploading a log session with effected downloads so that the team can review for you. https://support.jdownloader.org/en/k...d-session-logs

Everything is now running smoothly, and I appreciate your support in helping me troubleshoot this so quickly. I’ll be sure to reach out if any other questions arise in the future.
