Twitch issue at the end of the download
I was downloading a vod from twitch and at 95.87% it says "try restarting this link (plugin outdated?)" so I tried redownloading it and the same thing happened. I tried removing the .part from the file and the video works perfectly so not sure why it says there was an error.
This is the link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Could it have anything to do with the fact that it's a highlight and not a regular vod? |

Please provide a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
create log after *plugin outdated* is shown and post logID here

Now any link from twitch doesn't even show up in the link grabber. Could it have something to do with this? **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I tested some other vods and as I thought before I does it when it's a highlight. For the log I have uses this **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** since it was faster to download

Please update your ffmpeg. ffmpeg fails with error and your version is VERY old
fmpeg version 2.4.3 Copyright (c) 2000-2014 check here ffmpeg.org/download.html and you can set new path in Settings-Advanced Settings-search for ffmpeg and enter path there the stream contains #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY and JDownloader downloads the individual segments and in the end wants to merge them together into one file and therefore is using parameters that aren't supported by the old ffmpeg version

Can it be that your installation is very old? Your JDownloader is using old ffmpeg despite a newer version is available.
Try the following. Close JDownloader and delete the folder /Applications/JDownloader 2/tools/mac/ffmpeg_10.6+ You might have to rightclick->show content next time JDownloader should install the newer ffmpeg version

Thank you, i downloaded the new version and now it works. I think I downloaded FFmpeg directly from jdownloader 2/3 years ago because it said that it needed it to complete a download so it probably was very outdated.

Yes, 2/3 years is enough. the last ffmpeg I did was end of 2018 I will add better auto detection of this case.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad that I could be of help to you
