Default Change "If file exists..." time limit?

I added a bunch of links and started downloading, however a lot of them are duplicated, so it pops up with the box asking me what to do. It's defaulted to Skip The File, but has a 60 second time limit.

Is there anyway to change or remove the time so I can leave this unattended to download all my files?

The dialog shows up because you have set settings to *ask* the user
You can either preselect action in Settings-General - *If the file already exists* or
check the checkbox in dialog *don't ask again*
