feature idea: open Captchas in private browsing tab
Currently Recaptcha is totally messed up for me. Usually it takes me 10 puzzles (that I solve correctly) and then I might even get an error. A private browser session works fine (1-2 puzzles, or just clicking the box is enough).
So currently I'm feeding my links manually clicking through all the ads. It would help if I could set JD to open the captcha requests in a private browsing tab. (Yes I could reset my entire browser, but thats annoying and wont work for long anyway) Last edited by niemand; 30.10.2018 at 18:37. |

Already possible. You can set custom browser to solve captchas.
Settings > Advanced Settings > BrowserCaptchaSolver.browsercommandline For example, to use Chrome browser to solve captchas, enable "Allow in incognito" for myjdownloader extension and use the following command line in advanced settings. Code:
[ "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe", "-incognito", "%s" ] You can also find examples for other browsers in the forum. |

Only problem is, that with the need to have the JD plugin the browser windows isn't that incognito anymore and recaptcha ups its difficulty again. :(
