How can I prevent plugin autoupdate ?

I already disabled Generalsettings.silentupdateenabled and GeneralSettings.silentupdatewithrestartenabled,
but JD2 updates the plugins. As I see from the plugin directory, this happened when I started it today morning.
Maybe WebupdateSetings.directupdateenabled does it?
