Default Problems with Icerbox Premium Acccount

Hi to all,

Since last Friday, I have some weird stuff?
After a difficult update of AVIRA Antivir (several PC reboot), my downloads have significantly reduced speed ... :-(
Same problems with the 2 Premium accounts: Nitroflare and Icerbox.

I tested the same file with Firefox and IDM, and here are the results:
- Firefox (same slow randomness)
- IDM (maximum speed)

While searching the web, I found the trick to delete the accounts in JD and reinstall them after relaunching JD.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday: everything was OK :-)

AND that evening, return to the same problem with Icerbox (download VERY low)!
I redid the same manipulations as Friday, but there is nothing to do the speed remains low :-(
I did some tests again and added the catches.

This past hour 2 tests made:

Sure it comes with the Virus sotware...
But can't found way to resolve it
Any help or idea are welcome

regards,

My system:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (1803)
Firewall: Windows Defender
Antivirus: AVIRA Antivir
JDownloader: Version 2

You compare JDownloader speed with 1 connection vs IDM with 8 connections
Either set IDM to use 1 connection or increase max connections to higher number
And do NOT set max connections to 20 or such value I suggest max downloads to 1-4 and max connections to 1-4

Hi and thx for your answer.

"You compare JDownloader speed with 1 connection vs IDM with 8 connections"
That's the fact! Same file and different speed!
So why is it ONLY like this now with my Icerbox Premium account?

"Either set IDM to use 1 connection or increase max connections to higher number"
Why changing IDM options when I need JD to download fast?
Let me explain you: I'm downloading with IDM or JD NEVER in the same time!

"And do NOT set max connections to 20 or such value I suggest max downloads to 1-4 and max connections to 1-4"
NEVER changed options in JD!!
Plz, take a look at my new capture

Same file, different speed because of different download settings.
IDM downloads with 8 parallel connections while JDownloader is set to 1.

You've got to increase "max chunks per download" and rightclick reset the download

Hi,
"Same file, different speed because of different download settings."
Right.

"You've got to increase "max chunks per download" and rightclick reset the download"
Done and download start fast (not max)...BUT Oups, slow down few minutes...
So, nothing changed

On your first screenshot the overall speed is about the same as in IDM.
Best would be we do a teamviewer session and check this out together. Speeds depends on many different factors so it is okay and can happen that one file is fast, another one is slow and next hour is fast again. Contact us via support@jdownloader.org and we'll do a teamviewer session.
Until now I don't see any problem, except the slower download but the overall speed is about the same as in IDM.

Hi,

Thx for your help!

I'm understand what you mean with overall speed in JD..
For me it's about my Icerbox Premium account.

In the same time, I did a request to Icerbox asking what happens here...

For the "Teamviewer session": I'm ok with this.
But, It will be on Saturday (more time and free with time).

Anyway best thx

I think it was just random speed issue or something inbetween. Thanks for the feedback

Hi,

Here the final chapter:

In fact, Icerbox support didn't answered (and found solution) to the problem!
According to technician, there was trouble with my house!
"I have reason to believe there might be a congestion of network in your area."
Excatly written as it

In my own conclusion:
After lot of tests done, I'm sure there was problems with their servers!!
That's what I wrote to the support on Saturday.
No answer until now..

Anyway, really thank you for helps.
