This is not a bug because JD cannot know whether this is supposed to be a single URL or multiple URLs so all combinations will get added.
If you do not want this you will have to separate that URL by hand or using a text editor before you add it.

In other cases, this will lead to the exact oppositve result because only by adding all variations, JD might be able to find a working URL.

when you add the .jdeatme component also add /r/n (which should be a new line) that should work
