Default uploadgig "plugin outdated" error

Was working up until a couple days ago. It shows a RCv2 captcha, but then immediately goes into plugin outdated error without downloading. Am able to download via browser fine, though the unsuccessful attempt did block my IP for 3 hours each time it threw the error.

Log:

16.12.16 13.25.57 <--> 17.12.16 00.47.21 jdlog://0673869150841/

Looks to me like they're trying to block JD again, as this has happened before.

I don't believe their is any halting of provisioning of updates (appwork can turn it off), and my notification from build server is aok (no build blocks). For this plugin should be on revision 36330, in your log you are on 36172.

I hadn't seen where there'd been a plugin update (I'd checked the board for anyone else reporting one). As usual, I had to reset JD for the plugin update to take effect. I have no idea why my system only picks up plugin updates with a app restart. But it always has, with every plugin. With core updates at least the app tells me they're pending. With plugin updates, I just have to guess.

So, it's working now.

it could be due to your settings but thats just a guess. Default settings should allow for instant plugin download+install+use without the need for restart. The only time this is different is if the plugins use new code which is provided by core update, then you need to restart client in order to get availability of new components.

No change. It's still doing exactly the same thing.

no updates have happened, appwork has left a build block present over the last 5+ days.
