This has nothing to do with JDownloader as the last change in Real-Debrid is from January 2018.
@kajika: log does not contain a single real-debrid error @savvy249: same for you, no single real-debrid error Just so we talk about same stuff. What do you mean by *links from real debrid* ? JDownloader does all the handling/converting! You don't have to manually convert on homepage and then add the converted link. Those can expire/fail! Please explain better what the issue is and create new logs

I have always right clicked on highlighted links in Firefox, choose "add to selection", go up to RD icon, click on it, choose convert links, choose copy converted links, which then adds them to the JD2 linkgrabber screen, then start downloads. This show the host as RD, and have always downloaded perfectly. I have always done it this way, and it worked as recently as Saturday, but not today after I hit the "Update" icon to get a new version of JD2.
If I just copy the, say, Uploaded links in FF it copies them to JD2 but shows the hoster as UL, and downloads at the slow free UL speed. Here is log using the method you describe just copying the native UL link. Where is this downloading from, UL or RD? I've tried reading the popup if you hover over the connection column but it comes up a white text on a light peach coloured background and I can't read it. 28.05.18 08.15.07 <--> 28.05.18 10.16.07 jdlog://4768854433151/ Thanks for your help. |

I mean that sometimes the file from the actual host, lets say rapidgator, is not available anymore, but if you put the link in the real debrid donwloader you get a downloadable file and the link has always worked in JDownloader. Other times i do it just because it has always been safer, since it often happened that a list of downloads would get interrupted for no apparent reason if they weren't real debrid direct links. now if i do that, i can't download the file anymore! any file which i copy from real debrid downloader results in a dead link. the problem started after this morning update, so as you said it doesn't depend on real debrid. How can i fix this? i tried to reinstall JDownloader but it did not reset and the update was still there.
I've attached two screenshots to explain what i mean: if i copy the link from real debrid downloader (1 attachment) that's what appears in JDOwnloader (2nd attachment). the links works though if i simply click on them so they are not offline as JDownloder says. Thanks for your help Last edited by kajika; 28.05.2018 at 11:43. |

@savvy249: log shows that adding uploaded link works fine and gets downloaded with real-debrid, like it should, no error there. There have been no changes in JDownloader since long time. Check the connection column, it shows where JDownloader does download from.
Why do you convert the links manually? In that step JDownloader will fail in case Real-Debrid changes link format or the links expire/fail. With direct link added to JDownloader, JDownloader can automatically switch to another account/mirror/error handling/refresh....

Please provide a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader. Now try to add the links again and create new log and post logID here.
I guess something has changed with direct/converted real-debrid links.

Their api has changed. Previously the api worked for their own generated links but now it doesn't. I've updated plugin for different handling

OK, thanks for the info, I'll retest the direct hoster links, I haven't done it that way for a long time.
And thanks for the quick response that you will do an update to accomodate the API change. Do you still want a debug log? |

The update is already live. Just make sure your JDownloader is up2date and readd the links
I need links in case the update doesn't help

I cant download real debrid links as they show as offline when i add them. This is happening on a server side jdownloader. My local jdownloader works fine with them.
