Default update successful problem

Jdownloader tells me that the update was successful every time I open iteven if no updates were done, anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Edit: I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted the java temp files and windows temp files.

Jdownloader tells me that the update was successful every time I open it
means jd is blocked from internet.
please setup firewall /av to exclude java.exe and javaw.exe. and in case you block the jd servers, unblock them

I've uploaded the log file and restarter log

Btw if the mods are wondering why i'm using a proxy it's because the board won't work without one

did you setup firewall/av as we suggested?
please also try
close
open properties of jd folder, remove write protection.
click security tab and give every user full rights.
start jdupdate.jar

I've just done what you said but it's still doing it, :( Thanks for trying to help. Could it be something in the registry maybe?
