easybytez.com Problem with reconnection script triggering
Hello!
Since last week, JD2 "refuses" to trigger the reconnect script. I use EasyBytez Free account and the script isn't triggered when residual traffic isn't enough to download a file in the list; here's the Log: 27.07.19 17.57.14 <--> 02.08.19 10.06.16 jdlog://4817186935451/ Thank you in advance, K. |

Sounds like EasyBytez now has traffic for Free users? Ther have been no changes on plugin since 12.06.2019.
Please send username/password to support@jdownloader.org so we can check/update plugin

Hi, any updates? Ticket # 87303 https://svn.jdownloader.org/issues/87303 is still open.
I think the [Solved] prefix to the topic is a bit misleading Thank you! K. |

No news?
the plugin is now quite useless because reconnection do not work anymore. If you go "account" section you will find that "it is necessary a reconnection to have more traffic" but reconnection works only in manual mode in addition aftrer reconnectio you must refresh account |

Auto reconnect still works but needs to be triggered and there is no support at all for an account to request/trigger reconnect. In the past this has always been triggered via Free(no account) download that triggers the reconnect.
Also there is no need to manually *refresh* the account as this happens periodically (independent from reconnect). Have you setup a hoster rule to disable use of free(no account) downloads?

Check here if you've setup a custom rule, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...-free-download
if that's not the case, can you tell me more about the setup. how many free(registered) accounts do you have? what happens when traffic limit is reached?

1 - you are right: I add a download rule with no account in the queue and now reconnection occurs 2 - but the problem remains on the other free accounts that I use to be able to download more files together up to 500Mb in size. In general, after the re-connection only the downloaded file without an account at a speed of 50Kb will certainly re-start. Some free accounts start others remain blocked due to traffic limits and a manual refresh must be made; furthermore, many files go into the "jumped plug-in not available" (in italin language is "Saltato - Account mancante" and can only be restarted only if manual reconnect is made I go back to saying that months ago all this didn't happen and free accounts worked correctly every reconnection; now you are always able to download more file together up to dimension of 500mb but everything must be done by hand thank for your time |

Hi, thanks for the feedback and no reason to apologize!
1.) I'm sorry but do you mean you had a rule with disabled free user(no account) or just setup a new one 2.) the accounts are getting auto refreshed periodically and there should be no need to manually refresh them. this we still have to optimize that those accounts refresh earlier once a new IP is detected. how many free accounts do you have in list? We've merged the old easybytez plugin with new one(easier to fix/maintain) and around the same time free accounts started to have traffic limits which are not properly supported yet. that's why I'm asking that many questions

That explains the sudden change in behaviour with a Free EB account.
Accounts get refreshed periodically, that's true, but somehow without enabling/reenabling it manually an endless "wait period" is triggered. My scenario is that I have some free accounts but none is in use at the moment except that the EB one. Here's how I do it manually, once the traffic limit has been reached: 1) Stop all downloads (this prevents JD from skipping the files that require an account) 2) Manually trigger a reconnection which occours without issues 3) Wait 10 seconds at least and uncheck EB account form the lower left corner of JD window 4) Wait another 10 seconds and re-enable EB account form the lower left corner of JD window 5) EB Free account gets recognized and the 2 GB traffic limit is enforced 6) Start downloads at 100 KB/s limit 7) Wait for the traffic to be drained and begin again from 1) Hope this helps! @Jiaz, tank you for the work you and all the team do! Thanks for the detailed feedback. Now I have a better understanding.
Does JDownloader auto reconnect when you have enabled downloading via free(no account) mode? The account should be temp. disabled, then JDownloader should try again via free(no account) and then reconnect. Does this work as described ? The probem consists of two parts. 1.) reconnect if required 2.) auto refresh the accounts after reconnect

Poit 1 e 2 are the same point 3 e 4 e 5 must be substituted with a simple refresh of all free account befor restarting download point 6 e 7 are the same For Jiaz i can say that reconnection is automated when in the rules there is first the free accounts and the when they remain blocked for traffic limits there is the rule of free download without account; this that made possible the reconnection. But after the reconnection normally the free accounts do not refresh and remain blocked and you must do it manually; otherwise you will download only with accountless rule at very low speed and only one download at time. excuse me for my english |

1) Reconnection isn't triggered because a wait time is generated; I don't know how JD detects wait times and handles them, but previous behaviour worked like a charm. A way could be to detect high wait times (> 5 mins)? 2) Before, it was instant. Now a wait time of several tenths of seconds occurs, which I think misleads JD behaviour of reconnection script triggering. Could posting a log help you? Thanks, K. |

A little update fo Jiaz
this is another way that file downloads remain blocked after reconnect e before the account was refreshed many downloads of file become blocked with a message like (this is trtaslation from italian) "skipped account missing" with icon = red curved arrow This file must be manually restored otherwise they will no longer be downloaded thanks |
