FYI - running JD2 #44732 on latest OpenJDK 16.0.2 without noteable functional issues so far.
tested env. Windows Server 2019, W10 21H1 Several GUI issues (Font Sizing, Tooltips, File Dialogs) with previous OpenJDK 16.0.1 are resolved. Feel free to test using temp env variables 1) Download: jdk.java.net/16/ and unpack 2) Set Java Home temporarily in CMD / Powershell or Device Manager for permanent setting CMD: set JAVA_HOME=C:\JD2\openjdk-16.0.2_windows-x64_bin\jdk-16.0.2 PS: $Env:JAVA_HOME=C:\JD2\openjdk-16.0.2_windows-x64_bin\jdk-16.0.2 Device Manager: Right-click My Computer. Click Properties. Click the Advanced tab. Click the Environment Variables tab. Set the variables in the System Variables box. 3) run JD2 CMD: JDownloader2.exe PS: & .\JDownloader2.exe Open Explorer with Explorer Have Fun! Last edited by Jiaz; 26.07.2021 at 13:42. |

You can also use other java providers, see
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...bedded-devices You can skip system installation of Java in Step 2 and just place the Java folder somewhere and then create a shortcut to JDownloader.jar and change the location to include c:/pathto/...javaw.exe -jar JDownloader.jar
