Next CORE-update will fix our YT login!

Please keep in mind that you will than have to go to youtube.com (NOT google.com) and get your cookies from there.
I've also corrected the login dialog to look different for youtube/google login!

I've tested crawling the "likes playlist" of my test account which worked fine ... but my test-account only contains a hand full of items.
Please keep in mind that our crawler may not be able to process such hige lists - my personal list of likes e.g. contains over 5000 items.

In case this doesn't work, you might have to use external scripts to e.g. crawl a list of liked videos as URLs --> Then add this list to JD for downloading.

also, why download speed on JDownloader is slower than my pref Browser? ( Microsoft edge canary )
its 150KB max on Jdownloader
my browser can up to 6MBps.

No I cannot - also this request wouldn't be JD related anymore!
Try it using JD and if JD works, you do not need an answer to that question anyways

Sounds like you might have enabled a speedlimit in JD by mistake.
Please read this troubleshooting guide.

I have added youtube to my account manager using the edit this cookie app. I have also tried to dl a private playlist of mine with jd but I noticed that it is not complete. I therefore have to individually copy the missing links. I don't think I get an error message when I process the playlist. Please help.

The playlist has 182. I attmpted to dl a public playlist **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** to jd. JD recognized 66 out of the 70, the rest were unavailableaccording to JD.

what i try to say is.

when i try to download a playlist on youtube.

first like in Video Works,
but not the rest of playlist.

i notice it is because first like start normally like :

but inside source code, the other like juste have :

href="/watch?v=-sNWKbnaFkg&list=RD4NRXx6U8ABQ&index=2"

so Jdownloader do not identify "href="/watch?v=-sNWKbnaFkg&list=RD4NRXx6U8ABQ&index=2" as like because of lack of **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.youtube.com in front of it.

that is where i say that chrome automatically complete link when you click it.

and Jdownloader doesnt.

is there a plugin who does it automatically ?

If I add your given URL, JD will ask whether you want to add only that one video or the complete playlist.
What is wrong with that?
Please add a more detailed description of the issue you are having.

when you want to add, complete playlist, it will take only link of video, not the complete list.
i don't know how to explain it better :\

The "playlist" in your last post is not a normal playlist.
It is an automatically generated "mix".
Such mixes can contain an infinite number of items which is why we do not support crawling them.
I've renamed the title of the previously opened ticket regarding mix-detection.
JD should at least display an info-dialog in this case as the current behavior/"playlist-dialog" is confusing:


If you want to download items of a mix, I suggest doing the following:
1. Add all desired items to a public playlist.
2. Add this playlist to JD.

Hello.

Something is wrong with a *DATE_UDPATE* in the Youtube plugin.

I wanted to have something like this:

[*DATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*] *3D* *360* *VIDEO_NAME* (*CHANNEL* - *H*p_).*EXT*

This works well. But the date for the movie that downloaded today, and that was published today, was 01 October. So this is the date of uploaded video. Not the published one.

But this does not work:

[*DATE_UDPATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*] *3D* *360* *VIDEO_NAME* (*CHANNEL* - *H*p_).*EXT*

There is a typo as I see but even if it is a typo, maybe this works... but not really.

So if I type DATE_UPDATE, the effect is that this not exists as it writes just: [*DATE_UPDATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*].

But if I type a typo version: DATE_UDPATE, the effect is: [ ] for a date.
