Angry don't want any more :(

hello I have a problem with jdownloader since few days,before that every thing was working perfectly,it's doesn't want to download any more,for example for megaupload a message apperas wait 25min before downloading!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and when i start the program it doesn't want to auto download as it was before.
Please help me I need this excellent program

i need a logfile and if possible screenshot
(autodownload: maybe disabled in settings?)
logfile with: menubar ? log, then uploadbutton and then give url

Here are detailed instructions for logging :-

1) Set logging level to ALL in Settings -> Basics -> General -> Logging.
2) Perform the actions that lead to the problem.
3) You'll find the log tab in ? -> Show log.
4) Click Upload log and post the URL here.

I have nothing found
I have restarted jdownloader and nothing no log problem ?

menubar (above buttons), then ?, then logfile
then click the uploadbutton under the log and post url here

do this AFTER the problem occurs.
from your screenshot i think its normal waittime when traffic limit is reached, but logfile can tell me more

I have done this :

after restart this don't appears in jdownloader

the problem still always with wait time even if the time is finished it restart again
25min to wait without downloading

See the picture above, click "?" and click "show log" then the log tab will appear.

jd is completely blocked from internet. it cannot reach a single website!

do you need to use a proxy? if so please setup in settings

if not then something blocks java from internet
please add java.exe and javaw.exe to the exclude list of your firewall

what firewall/antivirus do you have?

I have kaspersky 2010.
but jdownloader was working a few day ago,very strange

If you allow updates for jD the virus software may get confused and starts blocking jD.

I have add it jdownloader and java to threats and exclusion list and every thing now is going all right.
